Dealer Warranty Policy

LS2 Helmets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years (60 months) from original date of purchase, this warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of parts and services required to repair the helmet. Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Modification of any kind made to the helmet by the user or third party will render this warranty null and void. This includes but is not limited to the installation of audio systems, drilling of the shell, EPS or liner, carving or compressing the liner, or painting of the shell. Normal wear and tear to the finished and painted surfaces, abnormal or abusive treatment to the helmet interior is NOT covered by this warranty. This warranty does NOT cover chips, scratches, abrasions and/or other damage to the helmets outer shell and painted surfaces by contact of the helmet with another surface or object.

**Note to dealerships: Please do NOT replace a customer’s helmet without sending it to LS2 for inspection first. If you choose to credit or exchange a helmet before sending it in for inspection you are doing so at your dealership’s own risk of forfeiting credit**

Procedure

1. Contact LS2 helmets for a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) at 888-968-9888. No helmet can be returned without a return merchandise authorization. Please make sure THE ORIGINAL RECIEPT/INVOICE SHOWING PURCHASE DATE FOR THE HELMET is included when shipped back. If the original helmet box is not available please make sure the helmet is in a proper shipping box when sent back to avoid further damage.

2. An RMA form along with a UPS return label will be emailed or faxed to your dealership.

3. Once helmet is returned LS2 will inspect the helmet. The helmet will be repaired and sent back to the dealership. If a helmet is not repairable then a replacement helmet will be sent ( depending on the length of warranty remaining the replacement helmet cost may vary).

**If a helmet is returned with no manufacturer defects/workmanship the helmet will be repaired, if possible, and returned with a bill for parts, labor and shipping.**
